To facilitate an exchange, please note the following:
1. Any request for exchange, including claims relating to manufacturing defects, must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receiving the product and must include the invoice number and details of the issue.
2. Exchanges will be accepted only within 7 days from the invoice date and upon presentation of the original invoice.
3. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
4. Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, alterations, washing, or damage caused during use shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
5. All returned products are subject to inspection by Kanso India. Kanso India’s decision regarding eligibility for exchange and determination of manufacturing defects shall be final and binding.
6. In case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, only the same product in the same size and colour shall be replaced, subject to availability. If unavailable, a replacement of equivalent value may be offered at our sole discretion.
7. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
8. No refunds will be provided.
